Our Leadership Team
Michel Reyes, LMT
Founder & Clinic Administrator
Michel Reyes is a Licensed Massage Therapist and the founder of Palm Wellness Center. As the clinic’s administrator, he oversees operations, patient support, and the coordination of our rehabilitation team.
His leadership has helped establish Palm Wellness Center as one of Tampa’s trusted centers for physical rehabilitation and accident recovery.
Leivys C. Marsall, PA ACN
Medical Provider
Leivys C. Marsall is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant with Advanced Certification in Nutrition (ACN) who provides primary care, medical weight loss, and wellness services.
With experience in family medicine, chronic disease management, and preventive health, PA Marsall works alongside our rehabilitation team to deliver coordinated medical care that supports mobility, recovery, and long-term wellness goals. Fluent in English and Spanish.
Dr. Arnaldo Victor Orellana-Molina, MD
Supervising Physician
Dr. Orellana-Molina serves as the supervising physician for Palm Wellness Center.
He provides medical guidance for our rehabilitation programs and helps ensure that patient care is delivered safely, appropriately, and in line with current medical standards.
